These documents are tailored to the current free beta. They must be reviewed and updated before adding payments, advertising, analytics, sponsorships, subscriptions, or other monetization.
Project information and contact details for Fragment.io.
The website provides access to Fragment.io, information about its development, player accounts, multiplayer functions, community features, and support for the free public beta. It is not intended to influence political opinion.
This version is operated as a free public beta. It does not offer real-money purchases, advertisements, paid subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, or affiliate marketing. If the service becomes commercial, this legal notice and all required business information must be updated before monetization begins.
Unless otherwise indicated, the game code, original visual design, original text, and original game assets are protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted beyond the limited permission needed to access and play the service.
Questions concerning this website, legal notices, intellectual-property claims, or unlawful content should be sent to sisconteam@proton.me. Player conduct should normally be reported through the in-game report system.
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use Fragment.io.
Fragment.io is made by SISCON Studio. Questions, privacy requests, and account-deletion requests may be sent to sisconteam@proton.me.
Usernames, friend codes, equipped titles, profile text, selected cosmetics, showcased achievements, game statistics, presence, and multiplayer actions may be visible to other players. Do not put private information in your username, profile, or chat.
Depending on provider configuration and infrastructure, processing may occur inside or outside the European Economic Area. Provider contractual safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms must be maintained where required.
Fragment.io does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioural advertising, or data brokers in this free beta, and does not sell personal data. No non-essential analytics are intentionally enabled in this build.
The build uses technically necessary browser storage for login sessions, preferences, saves, keybinds, and requested game functions. No separate advertising-cookie consent banner is shown because no non-essential advertising or analytics storage is intentionally enabled. This must be reassessed before adding analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other optional tracking.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including authenticated account access, server-side role validation, restricted database credentials, moderation controls, and encrypted HTTPS/WSS transport provided by the deployment infrastructure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact Fragment.io at sisconteam@proton.me. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Austrian authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria.
Players should be at least 14 years old. A person under 14 may create an account only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where legally required. Privacy information should be reviewed together with a guardian when appropriate.
This notice may be updated when the service, providers, legal requirements, or data processing changes. Material changes will receive a new version date and should be communicated inside the game.
These terms apply to access and use of the Fragment.io free public beta.
Fragment.io is made by SISCON Studio. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. The current terms version is 2026-07-18.
You should be at least 14 years old. If you are under the age at which you can validly agree to these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must permit your use. You must provide accurate registration information and use an email address you are authorized to use.
The service is currently free. It contains no real-money top-ups, advertising, donations, paid subscriptions, or cash prizes. Beta features may contain defects and may be changed, rebalanced, suspended, reset, or removed. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary loss, but uninterrupted availability and permanent retention of beta progress are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, sell accounts, impersonate another person, or use an account obtained without authorization. Notify the Fragment.io team promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.
Remnant, cosmetics, titles, achievements, fragments, progression, and all other virtual items are game features only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money in this build, and cannot be sold, transferred for value, exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for money or property. The Fragment.io team may correct balances, reverse exploit-generated items, rebalance content, or reset beta data where reasonably necessary.
You must follow the Community Rules. In particular, you must not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate network traffic, automate gameplay, harass others, share unlawful material, evade sanctions, interfere with servers, scrape accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to another account, the server, database, or Developer tools.
User content includes usernames, profile text, chat messages, reports, and other material you submit. You retain any rights you have in your content. You grant SISCON Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and remove that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve Fragment.io. You must have the right to submit the content and must not include unlawful, infringing, or private information belonging to others.
The Fragment.io team may warn, mute, remove, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or sessions where reasonably believed necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. Actions may be temporary or permanent depending on severity and history. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome. Appeals may be submitted to sisconteam@proton.me.
Developer and moderation privileges are restricted to accounts verified by the server. Attempting to obtain, imitate, bypass, or misuse privileged functions is prohibited. Responsible security reports should be sent privately to SISCON Studio and must not involve damaging systems, accessing unnecessary personal data, or disrupting players.
The service and its original code, designs, text, graphics, music, sound, and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and play the service. You may not redistribute the game, remove notices, commercially exploit assets, or create misleading copies without permission, except where mandatory law or an applicable open-source license allows it.
SISCON Studio may maintain, modify, limit, or discontinue any part of the service. Planned downtime or major changes may be announced where practical. The service may depend on third-party hosting and database providers outside SISCON Studio’s direct control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, the free beta is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. Users should not rely on beta progress as having financial value.
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the Your Data section. The Fragment.io team may end or restrict access in accordance with these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, lawful moderation records, liability, and dispute handling may continue where necessary after account closure.
These terms may be changed to reflect new features, safety needs, provider changes, or legal requirements. Material changes should be communicated with a revised date. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted; additional express acceptance will be requested where required.
Austrian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Contact SISCON Studio first so that problems can be investigated and resolved informally.
These rules apply to chat, profiles, usernames, parties, matches, reports, and other community features.
No harassment, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, targeted humiliation, sexual harassment, threats, stalking, or encouragement of self-harm.
No doxxing, sharing private communications without permission, requesting sensitive information, or exposing another player’s identity or location.
No unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, extremist recruitment, scams, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or instructions intended to harm people or systems.
No cheats, bots, macros, unauthorized automation, packet manipulation, exploit abuse, modified clients used to gain an advantage, or coordination intended to manipulate public matches.
No denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, scraping private data, bypassing access controls, probing unrelated systems, or misuse of Developer and moderation functions.
Do not impersonate another player, Developer, moderator, company, public authority, or organization. Developer badges are assigned only by the server.
No repeated flooding, misleading links, fake giveaways, account trading, real-money trading, vote manipulation, or coordinated report abuse.
Do not use alternate accounts or technical workarounds to bypass mutes, suspensions, kicks, restrictions, or account actions.
Use reports for genuine safety or rule concerns. False or retaliatory reporting may itself result in moderation.
Report vulnerabilities privately. Do not access more data than necessary, retain personal data, disrupt matches, or publicly disclose an unfixed issue.
Serious suspected criminal conduct—including doxxing, credible threats, unauthorized account or system access, extortion, DDoS attacks, or similar offenses—may be documented, preserved, and reported to the competent local or national authorities where appropriate or legally required.
Warnings, chat mutes, kicks, temporary suspensions, feature restrictions, progress corrections, and account termination may be used depending on severity, evidence, repetition, and risk. Serious suspected crimes may also be referred to competent authorities.
Use these controls for local browser information or to prepare a formal account request.

Deleting local browser data is not the same as deleting a cloud account. To request cloud-account deletion, contact sisconteam@proton.me from the account email where possible and include the username and friend code. The Fragment.io team may request reasonable identity verification.
Data may be retained where necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud or abuse, protect other players, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where possible, retained data should be limited, restricted, or anonymized.
